UPS Shipping Methods
When checking out with your shopping cart, a drop-down window is provided
with the following options. There are six shipping methods and the price
for each shipping method. These prices are determined by UPS online at the
time you check out. Be sure and note your price differences when making
your shipping selection.
Note: UPS ground service is most economical and UPS Next Day Early AM
delivery is most costly in comparison. Be sure to make the correct
decision with respect to delivery time.

Shipping Information
Shipping charges are calculated on a per-product basis. Please make note
of the Shipping charges associated with each item. When packing the box,
we will try and combine products together (if you order more than one
product) in an attempt to keep your costs down. You will receive
notification of credit to your account when this occurs.

Price Information
Prices are subject to change without notice. List prices on the web site
are updated weekly. Real-time customer-specific pricing is found on the
product detail page upon login. Sale prices are also reflected on the
product detail screen.

Non-Stock Standard Spade Drill Tips
When selecting spade drill tips, some items are Non-Stock Standard
and some are Stocked Standard. The delivery time for non-stock items
is marked in red type in the Purchasing Window under the list price.
In the shopping cart, the line is highlighted in red to indicate
Non-Stock Standard parts. Stocked Standard Spade Drill Tips are
in stock and these items will be delivered in approximately seven days.
If the text in red indicates a non-stock standard spade drill tip,
allow 4 weeks for delivery. Non-Stock Standard Spade Drill Tips
are stocked in blanks which must be finished ground to customer's
specifications, then coated with a desired coating.

Newsletter or Notification of Sales
As a subscriber or visitor to our Web Site, you may voluntarily sign up for
one of our own newsletters. When you sign up for one of the newsletters,
we ask for contact information such as your name, e-mail address, job and
job title information, which are used to understand our audience. This
information is for J&M's use only and is not disclosed to other parties
except in aggregate form. Additionally, if you decide that you do not wish
to receive a newsletter or update any longer, you may cancel it.

check the box at the bottom of the window which reads, "x Subscribe
to news letter".
To Unsubscribe to News Letter
To cancel the news letter subscription, click on the link at the
bottom of the news letter (Unsubscribe) and your name will be removed
from the list.

J&M Machine Inc. may update its policies from time to time. Please check the Site periodically
for updates. Policy updates shall be effective the date the change is posted on the Site.
Notice of any material changes in the manner in which J&M Machine Inc. handles personally
