Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. If
merchandise is defective or damaged upon receipt please contact us
immediately. Call for a return authorization claim number. All claims
MUST be made within 5 days of receipt of order. Shipping charges will
not be refunded. Returned products must be in absolutely new and unused
condition for refund.

Retention Knob Sockets
Retention Knob Sockets are guaranteed for life. If the Retention Knob
Socket should break we will replace it free of charge. For replacements,
call us at 800-322-7750 for a (RMA) Return Material Authorization Number.
Make sure the RMA number is below the package label on the return package.
Be sure to include proof of purchase in the package. Ship package to:
J&M Machine Inc., 1234 High Street, Fairport Harbor, Ohio 44077.
J&M Machine will replace the Socket free of charge.

money back. If you are unsatisfied with our Spade Drill Holder for any
reason, please call us at 800-322-7750 for a (RMA) Return Material
